I finally have an air date for the Discovery Channel show that was filmed last September at the World of Speed on the Bonneville Salt Flats. It will air Tuesday Feb 17 at 10pm EST/PST. Check your local listing...
I coached the host of the show, Dave Mordal as he used my RS4 in an attempt at the 130 MPH Club, which is a 1 mile long course from a standing start. To gain entry into the 130 MPH Club the driver has to make two passes in the same day reaching over 130 MPH.

Wreckreation Nation with Dave Mordal - RS4 at Bonneville Episode

That is a normal commute into work for me...
Just Kidding
I did get it up there on the way back from the dealer I purchased it from in Iowa. On I94 in northern Iowa on my way back to Mpls I made it close to 140 before backing off on her. Didnt take long to get there and didnt take long to get back down to 75 and I really didnt feel like I was beating on her. No other cars for miles and miles.

Didn't you know? They race on the flats because there aren't any deer..
Not just because its flat. Kidding aside, I'd touch triple digits more often if I wasn't so worried about some whitetail jumping through my windshield.
