Any ideas on where to locate Passport Direct Wire remote?

Any ideas on where to locate Passport Direct Wire remote?
Have searched all the forums, tech sections, etc. and have found no decent ideas for a B5 S4. Got an 8500 x50 with a direct wire remote. The A4 guys have a plug in front of the fuse box that they modify to house the remote, and I have seen articles about installing the credit card tray in the A6 and mounting the remote in there. Neither option, from what I can tell, will work in my car.
Anyone have a good idea for an S4? Pictures would be most helpful. Thanks in advance.
