Any suggestions for removing the last torx bolt from the valve cover?
A small punch and a few light taps with a hammer around the edges will break it free, then grab it with pliers.
or
Carefully dremmel off the head of the screw, then remove the remaining shaft with pliers after the cover is off.
or
Carefully drill into the stripped screw head and use an easy out bit from Sears which turns in reverse and backs out the screw, you may not even need to drill it.
or
File or dremmel a slot into the head and use a flat screwdriver to remove the bolt (my favorite I think)
It all depends on how easy it is to access.
Best of luck, take pics please.

What i've used is a 1/4 swivel and it worked fine. You have to grab it from an angle, use a wrench, swivel and T30 nothing else. If you get a good grip on it, you will be able to remove it. Maybe use some catalyst like, wd-40 or whatever they have at autozone.
Don't use T27 it isn't perfect fit.
