Default Anyone know what a "Cam Control Module" is???

I've posted before about a problem where my Traction Control light is on all the time, and the dealers have never been able to find the cause. Today they called and told me that they did find it. They are blaming the "cam control module" and "spiral spring control" - they say that the whole area below the steering wheel is disassembled while they wait for parts, and they say that no, this has nothing to do with the cams on the back of the engine (whew).

Anyone know what the holy hell they're talking about, and if so, is this likely to cause the traction control warning light?????
