Default Do you know what's AMAZING to rev match? The 996 turbo.

It's so natural coming from the b6 s4 to that, so intuitive as to how much to blip etc.

Even if you've never driven one, but you're very comfortable with the b6s4, it'll be second nature in that car, first time driving.

You don't find the fact that brake pedal is nowhere near same level as accel pedal self defeating? I'm sure it can be done, but I just don't find the Audi's good for heal and toe...among a few choice other things...which I could mention if so inclined.

Default I learned how to drive on a suburban...so I'm assuming, learning how to do heel and toe with the s4

is analagous!

Yes, but you can totally adjust and adapt to whatever setup. I've driven some cars where the pedals are perfectly level, and it's just super easy to adapt. The s4 took more time, and especially under hard driving, but you can do it if I can.

Let me guess: you find your foot slipping off the brake pedal in search of accel pedal. The other items I was going to mention are: inherent understeer, no can spin rear wheels, and f*cked up shifts due to revs hanging. Not that these are only attributable to Audi's...

Or an F1 Tranny on a Challenge Stradale. Pull the paddle and a perfect blip everytime!

Default Yes, all of those you mention have/had been issues. Pretty comfortable now, but it definitely isn't

the easiest car to adjust to, that's for sure.

In every respect...hell, even getting back into first from a 5mph roll...gotta Double Clutch the bish and even then I lunge every once in awhile...

Still love it though!

AND, I JUST had an agreement to buy these volks I've been wanting for SOME TIME NOW! Mint, great deal, with tires...oh...so excited.

here's a pic of what my car will look like as soon as i get suspension too.

Well, like I said, Audi's are hardly the only ones to suffer from this stuff.

And very nice looking S4, either way. The new wheels will be badass! Congrats.
