Anyone who ordered a CF rear valence from TCarbon have issues?
One year later from order and I still have not recieved my valence. It arrived cracked so I returned it for a promised replacement only to have them renig and insist they could only repair it. Well what do you know, but I still have yet to recieve the repaired piece. ALso have not recieve a reply to my most recent inquiry about the status.
Just wondering if anyone else had any issues with their order or this company? I definately feel like I flushed a couple hundred dollars down the drain. What a waste...

Mike, mine came cracked too... it's a POS and so is that company...
Funny thing is they actually sent me 2 by mistake.. BOTH were cracked and the boxes looked pristine and even clean like they never touched the dirty trucks....yet they blamed "bad shipping".. They refunded my money for the one and the other one had a crack that was on the underside so I figured for free I'd install it. I left it on from last fall till the begining of the summer and it looked like crap... I replaced it with the stock grey rear valance and I've gotta tell you it looks 100% better.. It destracted from the beauty of my quality DTM rear CF spoiler...

Funny you say they refunded your money....
I asked for a refund and the flat out refused. Even though I followed their instructions for return to a T, when they said they would refund, they refused once they recieved it and said it was unfair to them to ask for a refund because they did not save the shipping insurance form. Even though I would lose the money I could give a crap if I recieve it anymore.. unbelievable company in my opinion.

Well are you still in Germany or no? It was simple to get a refund....
I told him the product was a POS and I expect anything someone tries to sell to S4 owers to be of a high quality... When pictures of their prototype were put up on the forum fitment was perfect and the cloth was laid perfectly... Even if mine wasn't cracked, it was still an ugly, crap job, that looked like it was done in someones basement.... It didn't deserve to be on an 87 honda civic, let alone a new S4..
..oh, and when he suggested simply sending me another one I said the damage in no way could have happened during shipping so either he was trying to pass off cracked parts or simply didn't make them correctly. And he certainly didn't want me to mention it in the forum...

I actually had a good experience....
<center><img src="http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a49/tipling/IMG_0776PS.jpg"></center><p>Here is a pic of my T-Carbon valence installed.
Mine arrived in good shape. The install was a bitch, but once it was on, I thought it looked great. It held up to our 120 degree days and I had it on for close to a year before it was damaged by another car. I'm planning on putting another one on, especially since Carbon Copy never got back to me about building a new CF valence.

Update
another year and a half since order and still no valence. The newest bit of news though is that none of the email addresses I used to correspond with Tylor and others at tCarbon no longer work. Hope he is having fun with my couple hundred dollars I gave him and never received a product in return.
Does anyone have any clue how I can find these guys to honestly try to get my money back? I highly doubt it, but this is the only place I could think of to ask. Thanks.

Hey Mike... it's been a while
...Bud, there wasn't anyone "else" at t-carbon... from those of us who actually got delivery, they were made his basement.... I almost feel bad since I paid for one and he sent me two crappy valances and then refunded the money when I sent the worse one back (maybe I ended up with yours).... but as I said before, after the first winter I took it off last spring and burnt it. That kid couldn't have made that much on these, but tracking him down is going to be near impossible. At this point you're better of doing what we did and just telling everyone what happened and he won't be making crap products anymore...
