Default bad vibration at 53mph... wheel balance? possibly ice build up?

Car feels fine at regular speed, but once I get to about 53 mph, I get a strong vibration. I also noticed there is some good ice build up inside my rear wheels.. and the lining of the wheel well of one of my rear wheels. (there is no clearance to get to the snow in wheel well). Could the ice be the culprit?

Also, I have yet to find a good wheel balance shop in North Jersey besides Eurotire which is too far a trek for me to bother with... dealer a good option? Thanks.

Default Could be ice buildup

I had a woman at work this morning complain of the same problem with her Acura. Problem happens over 40 mph. Just started suddenly today. Get the car washed - that should fix the problem if it is ice

Default ice = wheel weights = shuttle re-entry like behavior at speed....

I had that problem yesterday. When I got home i used a painters mixing stick to knock off all the snow on the inside of the wheels. Drove it this morning no problems.
