I don't really think you understand my objections...
You do understand that salt crytals will even scratch glass, right? Dragging salt crystals across your paint with a snowbrush will lead to nothing but trouble. Wax won't help, soft bristles won't help.
If you allowed me to examine your paint under flourescent lights, I'm sure I could point out the damage you've done to your paint so far.
