Buying a 2005 S4 (B6) Does a chip increase the horsepower on the NA engine?
Also, what is the most bang for the buck modifications I can do? I'm coming from B5 S4.

Yes, it does. Many have done it and are very pleased with the results.

It's about $100/hp gained with mods. Join ACNA and attend their drivers' events.
You'll never drive the car to its potential in stock form anyway.....if you're good maybe extract 80/85% of its potential after formal instruction.
