Had mine for about 4 months. Haven't noticed any cons...
Initially many were (and some still are) concerned about intake temps since there is no dedicated filter housing to protect the filter from engine heated air, but there is a heatshield that comes with it that at least minimizes the heat to the filter. Some have done intake temp readings and found no increase in temps to the MAF. But, this is a subject of debate.
The upside? IMHO, big time. Power while "rolling on" the throttle is more immediate and the intake most definitely sucks in gobs more air. Someone posted air flow readings and the cfm increase is very nice. Most don't think you can "feel" 11hp increase. I disagree. What is also impressive is the sound of the car when you hit the gas. I initially described the sound when I first started the car with the Hyperflow on and the hood up as 'sounding like it was going to suck the entire front right corner of my garage into the intake.' It's just downright cool. You won't regret it. Even if intake temps remained the same, the increase in air flow is significant enough to warrant the mod.
