today in the rain, what else you gotta do to make these people realize that the S4 is king in the rain? The dude didn't give up. Ahhh....one of the advantages of AWD SUCKS that for the past 3 weekends, I would spend 2 hrs + cleaning the car, only to have it dirty 2 days later by rain.

I guess it's a catch 22. Awesome in the rain, but once the sun shines on Wed, Thurs, & Fri, the car is dirty

S4s are great in the rain, but why even gloat about a 'win' over an RSX?

Default I love the controlled drift on this car with some spit on the car...

you really have a great feel and control over it. I love when the quattro steps in to power the wheels before the ESP comes in. If you do it right, the ESP will let you slide quite a bit before stepping in to save your butt.

Default B/c in the past 3 weeks, I've had at least 3 RSXs (don't ask me why) try to mess around with me

on the highway. I don't know what makes think they are faster. Maybe there some cheap mods to make them quick, but then again, I don't follow that scene (Acura, honda, toyota, etc.) so I wouldn't know.

But all I know is, these people wanna play cat and mouse!

Was just very impressed by all of the bang that you get for the buck....heated seats, nav, 6 spd. 270 hp, leather, sunroof.....bought it for a everyday driver to keep miles off of some of the other toys.... and it is fun in its own way to drive....

Default I had one take me in Charlotte a few weeks ago.

I was driving down the Blvd. with two friends in the car when I see this car coming up fast on my left. I noticed it because of the xenons. I didn't really think about it until I saw it coming up moving at quite some speed. I downshifted into 3rd (approx. 50 MPH) when he came up on me but he had too much speed for me to catch up. He probably was going about 70 MPH when he passed, and I shut down around 90 MPH since I figured I wasn't going to catch him.

But, he slowed down, and waited until I caught up, then he punched it and swung his arm up through the sunroof to motion "let's go again."

So I brought it, and this time it wasn't even funny. We caught up at the next light and I asked him what he had done to the car, because it WAS fast, not as fast as our car, but it kept up. He said it was completely stock. I didn't believe him. Then we went on our merry way.

THEN, I saw him at the strip TWO days later!!! :-D We ran against each other at the strip. I ran a 13.9 vs his 15.7. We ended the debate right then and there. ;-)
