Check this out...@ Keyes Audi in Van Nuys
Just went through the initial paper work. Brought in my 12 quarts of 5w30, $64, and they have computers in their lounge for people to use the internet. Pretty good service so far...

Nope. My local dealer gives me loaners for anything warranty related.
The tech I spoke to said that Audi doesn't give loaners unless the car needs to stay overnight, and that's the policy they stick by. My BH Audi isn't as strict and they hook you up pretty well. I'll still be going to BH Audi service next time, and I'll make sure to call 2 weeks in advance!

Wait a second, you have gotten a loaner from Beverly HIlls???
It's Enterprise rental everytime I'm in there. And yes, they have done more than overnight work on my car (in for a week for gearbox repairs).
