Default I love it out on the open road with little traffic. For drives longer than 2-3 hours I consider

it to be a requirement. Keeps your leg from cramping while it keeps your speeds sane.

Default Use it any time I have to maintain speed; prevents "speed creep"

This is an especially nasty problem with the S4; how many times have any of us looked at the speedometer to find the car giving no other evidence we were now going 85 in a 65?
