Fast Intentions fullback question - resonated owners help me out here...
Sia, I know yours is resonated as well, right? How raspy would you say your exhaust is? I noticed mine was somewhat raspy at first, but it seems more pronounced now after a few thousand miles. It's especially noticeable in tunnels. Any other owners have a similar experience?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Top end it's got what you'd consider rasp. I like the range of sound the straight thru mufflers
make, so I went with that setup over the perforated core.
Which mufflers do you have?

thread hijack- Sia, do U know if the Alum'zd steel option uses polished stainless muffs & tips?
BTW - talked to Danny this AM and forgot to ask and have an email into Daryl@tantrumwerks...but I'm impatient and you're "in the know"! Thanks.

If anything, as he and Tony become more successful, I figure they'll become even more accessible
on the sales side of things...though, I'd prefer Danny building my system himself! haha.

Mine is WOT, not really dependent on revs..just open throttle.
You have to understand, you may have a leak now or something, if it wasn't there before...what I'm calling "rasp" isn't what you're normally used to for exhausts that exhibit rasp. As Brendan says, it ads an exotic tone to the my rumble at open throttle...it's almost a ticking sound, but not the farting rasp you hear with a leak, or other systems like the thermal catback.

Have fullback resonated h-pipe. Raspy under wot or when i'm not in the optimal gear for how fast i
am going. Like flooring the gas in 5th gear while doing 35 (sometimes too lasy to change the gear)
