Default is this a good price

thinking of picking up a used 2005 black b6 s4 avant tip with 22800 miles (no nav) what would be a fair price the stated price is 39995

also how does this car handle in the snow with the stock setup?

Default I run my stock wheels with dedicated snow tires. I was up in the poconos last friday for the snow..

12" to 14" of fresh snow and the car is fantastic. I was leading a group of 3 vehicles up the hill (Pathfinder and Expedition) behind me and they were amazed how I effortlessly I made through the snow. BUT, you NEED the tires. DON'T run the summer tires in the snow.

You'll go in a straight line just fine...sudden turns and stops, forget about it

Default Experience with the stock setup...

I live in central jersey and just got my car about a month ago...with the warm winter I didn't figure I'd need snows until next year. This past week I had to park it in the yard for two days because I couldn't get up my driveway (at most a 3-4 degree incline with 3-4 inches of snow/freezing rain).

Second on it still moving pretty well in a straight line though....
