Default H-Sport standard rear bar vs aggressive RS4 rear bar

I'm very happy with how my all-stock '06 tip handles at DE events but am considering an anti-sway bar upgrade to neutralize the understeer a bit. H-Sports did wonders for my allroad so I'm sold on a Hotchkiss package, just not sure whether to go with the standard rear bar or the aggressive RS4 bar. I'm sure the heavier bar would make me very happy at the track but would it be too much on the streets (this car is my daily driver)?

Default No, these cars will never be tail happy...

well, not without 1400lb rear springed motorsport coilovers, a torsen change, and altering the weight distribution on the car. But I have the RS4 setup and sure the car still pushes a bit but it is much better than the rear 24mm setup I had from them before it. The swaybars, of course, do not affect ride appreciably.

Default So even for an A4 (currently running stock S4 rear bar) you would recommend the RS4 h-sports?

I'm looking to get a set, and I've been wondering which would better suit my car.
I'm on stock '02 sport suspension (B6 A4), which is lower than later years, basically similar to a stock B6 S4 ride height.

I'm torn between H-sport S4 or RS4 bars.
As my car is now, it has some understeer, but it isn't terrible. On the track it turns in very well, but still rolls a bit more than I'd like.
As a daily driver, I don't want it stiffer, but would like more roll control.

Also do you run your Rear bar on stiff or soft setting?

Thanks for your input.

Default Absolutely. I ran the S4 Hsports on my A4 and eventually removed the front and went...

OEM front with large 24mm rear on my A4 and that was nice but going from that to 35 F and 29 R is awesome. Turn in is vastly improved and the car doesnt suffer much otherwise.

Default Thanks. I'm trying to order a set of the RS4 bars, but can't find 'em in stock...

...hope I can get them installed in time for NHIS on Oct. 17.
