lol. Most will notice before that stage...
1) Sound. Deeper, sounds like when a person has a clogged nose i.e. congested.
2) Acceleration. Less high end but you can swear there's a bit more torque, lol.
3) Feel: feels like the car is about to hesitate/knock when it gets really bad.
4) Check engine light eventually.
