How do I get this out?
<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/116606/picture_002.jpg"></center><p>The inner plastic piece on the door handle that surrounds the window operators. Mine is all dinged up and I want to swap it out, but I'm sure the easiest way to get the old one out. TIA.

such soft plastic...I gouged mine with a fingernail! So, according to Bentley...
Using a screwdriver, pry out switch panel of window regulator - 3 - from below through hole.
That is all I found.
