How do you remove the fog light grill to change the bulb?

How do you remove the fog light grill to change the bulb?
On the A4 the grill just pulls out, on these there is a tab on the left if you are changing the drivers side fog? Anyone know how to do this?

I think you just turn the screw with a flat head driver to release it
then you pull from the outside side. You can see the clip on the inside side where it will pivot. It may take some force to pop it open.

I guess that is where I was running into a problem, I got the screw but it was that pivot
point I was unsure of how that came apart, so it should just pull out.. Thanks

after taking out the screw, you need to push the grill all the away to the right if you are replacing passenger side bulb, then slowly pull the grill towards you by starting from the outer side. Vise versa for the driver side.
