Just picked up a B6 Polar white avant? I have a question.

I don't doubt that. BUT
the lack of sunroof would be a negative factor for many . White color will not appeal to some as well. 6MT Avants are definitely desirable since they are in the minority.

I think you'll need Einszett Silber to restore those wheels.
Sorry! Not digging the color of the avus wheels. But it is easy to have them repainted or just buy different wheels.

Painting it is probably the cheapest option
all the window trim is riveted on, which means removal of interior trim to put on new black parts.
If you wanted to go that route, I think the B7 trim fits also, you would need to search and verify. RS4's and B7 cars came with a Titanium package with blacked out trim. And you could order euro parts from the RS4 avant for the roof rails and window trim if it fits
