KW Variant 3 & 19 x 8.5" BBS RSGT set up help please!
Hi everyone, I've had KW Variant 3 installed for a month or so now.
I got my wheels before the suspension, and currently have 245/40 19's Kumho Ecsta SPT KU31s on.
Now with this set up, I can't have any passengers in the car, because the wheels will rub, especially the left rear tyre.
The left rear tyre will rub if there are any bumps or dips at high speed.
I was wondering if anyone could give me any recommendations on a better set up, including ride hight/ stiffness / tyre selection etc.
Any suggestions would be valuable and helpful!
Thanks for your time!

most rub in the front with 19x8.5. If you have 19x 8.5 et 35 w/245 your suspension...
isnt the issue. You are just running too much rubber or are too low in the rear. Where does it rub? At the fender or on the inside? you may need a fender roll. Good news, this is a lot easier to do in the rear than the front.

had wheel alignment and rear camber adjusted
Hi guys
Thanks so much for the response!!
It is actually rubbing in the inside of the rear left.
I think it's more of a tyre issue... so been driving like a grandma until these rubber wears thin.... change quickly!
I've had 4 wheel alignment and rear camber adjusted.
i didnt understand the guy who did it, but apparently i need sum aftermaket stuff for the rear left, because it is maxed out or something and it's only a couple mm difference to the rear right... ? anyone know what he means??
so I guess it's a tyre issue.
Currently my suspension set up is:
Rebound Bump
Front: 0.75 0.50
Rear: 1.50 0.75
Ride height
Front: 655 mm
Rear: 650 mm
Sorry if it's confusing, but thanks all for your time =) Greatly appreciated!!
so 235/35 will still have enough tyres covering the rims? and will it still rub if it's a full car with passengers?
Thanks again!

Re: had wheel alignment and rear camber adjusted
if its rubbing on the inside of the left rear throw a 4mm spacer on the back and you should be okay. It will also push out the rear and make it look a bit more aggressive
