Default Lowering rear subframe question

I am nursing my way through this with little hands-on experience and a Bentley guide. Can somebody give me a bit more help? Support subframe with jack, loosen both bolts on each side (Big ones in the bushings, aiming down)..? Do I need to remove the sway bar? Do I need to pull the rear exhaust section? Will I still ne a spring compressor, or can I lower it enough to get the springs out? Not looking to bugger this up.

Default you are on the right track. Support the subgrame with a jack, take

out those big *** bolts, take off the plastic links for the traction control. You do not need to take off the sway bar or lower the exhaust. Lower the subframe slowly.

Default Will it lower far enough that I don't need a compressor?

Because I have nothing that will handle these springs. Thanks!
