My kick **** news for a monday!
my build week was a TYPO!
not 16, but rather 11!!!!!!!!!!!!
Got to see the order number, and all other information about the car etc... (no need to bore you with details etcs...) but very much looking forward to it!
Got to see a 04 S4 avant in WHITE! while I was there, looked um well like it wasn't the best color for the car, but neat to see it anyways.
So it's early May for me (a nice little bonus I might add!) and really thought it was interesting as they had an RS6 they couldn't move on their lot for a LONG time...
Oh well, at least with all the "bad" things people have, my dealer mis-informed me in a good way!

the white one I saw had silver alcantara and man seeing it again in person looks soooooooo

Congrats. My build also was 1 week earlier than ...
what I was originally told. I first heard it was Feb 16-23 (is that week 6? 7?) but then heard it was built the previous week and is now in transit. But I don't have an order number, VIN, etc. Should I ask for those from the dealer at this point?

Vin doesn't get assigned until build week has occurred.
it's the Physical representation of your car. FWIH it's no biggie as at that point it's on it's way, it takes about 2 weeks to build and the rest to ship.

thx,! yeh the waiting has really been easy but I'm sure
when they say it's "NOW BUILT AND ON A BOAT"
that I'll begin to get" itchy" about driving it!
seeing the avant in person again reminds me of why I'm sooooo looking forward to this car!
it's a damn good looking vehicle!
