I need help in getting a winter wheel/tire package within my budget that gets me the tires I want.

For wheels I want S4 or RS4 reps or even ronal r38s in 17 inch. Hartmann is out of packages but has offered me a deal on the wheels only.

For tires I want Nokian WRs or Vredestein wintracs. The key with the tires is that I want to approximate the load ratings and rolling diameter of the OEM so I think I need something like 235/45R17 97 V XL

The prices for the tires including mounting and balancing is coming out at $1100+ and I'm sure I can get the tires cheaper. Anybody know of a good web source for either of these tires?

I'm located in Minnesota but will pay delivery for a good deal.

But they dont cary either of those tires..... I dunno what to tell you, hard to get those tires, many places dont carry either.
