Need some help w/ '04 S4s

saw my '00 S4 drive away last night and have been looking at a few '04 S4's recently as a replacement. when i had my other S4, there were differences with build dates that were things to 'look out for'(f-hose, etc). i am not as familiar with the B6 model and was wondering if anyone here share info on build dates to look out for, other related info that will help me in my search?

Na...look st the top of the B5 A4 forum...there is a link to this FAQ

If we could build our own, I'm sure the mods would post it up top for us.
