Ahh, That sucks. That was a good looking car. Good luck with finding your new S4.
Thank you.
I can not tell you enough how much I wanted this car. Ever since the B6 S4 came out in 03 I wanted one. Every time I went to a dealer I was so picky until I found what I wanted. Sure I test drove quite a few S4's. I even test drove 08 A4's 6 speeds, 08 R32 etc to see if they could satisfy me, but they didn't come close. Basically the B6 S4 was everything I wanted. When I found out Riverside Audi had a nogaro blue one for sale I jumped on a train from Central Pennsylvania for 3 hours and an hour taxi ride to check it out. This was the first nogaro B6 S4 I had came across on the East coast. Sure enough when I checked out the car and test drove it, I had a huge smile on my face and I was ready to do my paperwork. Here are the details about the car below.
Car had everything, but navigation and the winter package (still has heated front seats though).
Miles: 39,900
Warranty: 4 Year/48,000 (Gold Plus - just bought the warranty through audi)
I would count myself very lucky with this car.
After I test drove the car, while I was doing the paperwork I mentioned the car needed serviced in 600 miles, oil changed etc, so they said they would service it for me that day. Well when they were on there way down to there service department (about 3 miles away, probably the best thing that could've happened, happened. The clutch went! What that means to me. As you all know no warranty covers a clutch or the labor involved. However this happened before I signed for the car. They quickly offered to do the clutch free of charge and since I did not drive up there and I had drive back down to North Carolina the next day, they hooked me up with an 08 Audi A4 2.0T for the week. I recommend this Audi Dealer, great people to work with.
With the warranty I paid $35k.
It was a 1 owner, everything was good on the carfax report and audi service report. I can't complain. I got what I wanted and thats worth it for me Anyway I go back up to pick the car up next weekend. It's gonna be a fun trip back from Jersey.
Thank you.

Pol(e)l: All things being EQUAL (mileage, mods, etc) would you rather own a B5 S4 in Nogaro or Casa?
