My new S4 arrived at the dealer went to look at it Saturday and find out what my trade in was worth. Waiting for money. Should have it by Monday or Tuesday.

Looking forward to picking it up. It's funny the first time I looked at a 2006 with the prem pkg I liked the BBS wheels. When I saw them again didn't care for the wheels. Looking forward to replacing them RS4 wheels from Stratmosphere (spelling may be wrong, never was any good at spelling)or another wheel. I've noticed a number of members have purchased the RS4 wheels. Does anyone have any comment or experience with the new wheels?

Time will tell. Hate to say this, but I have some reservations. When I first drove a 2005 S4 I was really impressed with the car and power. Based on that drive decided to purchase an S4. When I went to the dealer to look at my new car he asked if I wanted to test drive it. Of course I said yes. After the test drive I almost didn't take the car. Was disappointed in the performance. It just seemed slow. It didn't seem that much faster than my 2004 A4, 6M, 3.0L V-6. Hope time will prove me wrong. Making a comparison to my 2000 C5 with 375 RWHP and 371 RWTorque. Realize this isn't a fair comparison, but compared to my A4 it should seem a whole of lot faster.

I will keep you in mind. Won't be doing anything until after the first of the new year. Does this timing fit your schedule?
