Drove it and had to have it!
Just weeks away from ordering a new S4. Any advice on options? Anything I should watch out for? Is the Bose worth it, and can I get my XM for Opie&Anthony to work with the stock symphony head unit and how?
Yes 340HP is fun. But man rule #2 "you can NEVER have too much HP. Where can I find mods for suspension, short shift throw, and engine (supercharger) ect.

The quick & easy answer for more all of those questions......
if you even remotely think you'll be adding a supercharger, just go ahead & get the RS4.
Stratmosphere has the best shortshifters IMO, but the MY07 S4 already comes with a shorter throw shifter vs the earlier models. They also have Miltek exhaust products.
Most on here will chime in that the Stasis suspension products are what you'd want for performance suspension(& alcon brakes), but if you just want lowered looks, springs will do the job just fine.
Engine performance chips are available through APR, and soon through GIAC. STFA on all these, you'll find varying opinions, prices, & risks involved.

If you're going to want to add PERFORMANCE mods to the S4, you are looking at spending a lot of money!!! The S4 is a very nice Performance Sedan. You can add a complete Full High flow exhaust, cold air intake, and ECU flash, but the gains are no where near what you would gain with a forced induction engine. If your goal is track performance, the S4 will still be limited by its heavy weight (no matter what other mods you may have added).
You have to accept the S4 for what it is. A Kick A$$ Performance Sedan!!
