Opinions of pricing of a 05 S4 Cab with 37,000 miles.........

is a price of 33 to 34K realistic for a certified vehicle.

Thats an ok price.... milage is a little high. I bet you could find a lower milage car for 34k

if it is manual w/ NAV... yes... S4 tips are usually a few grand cheaper...
