Parted with the S yesterday...
after 9 months mostly due to the amount of miles i've been putting on her (14K in 9 months) and my extended warranty only having 10K left. It had 62K and I got 22.5 on trade (could have been much worse I guess).
I ended up purchasing a 2006 Acura RSX. It's a fun little car and gets 27/34 mpg which is going to be a nice change. I'm going to miss her but I'm sure I'll be back in the audi family in a two years or so.

Not really.
Most of you know that I am driving a BMW basically for these reasons:
1) Audi lease rates are really bad.
2) S4s gas mileage is really bad
3) Audi no longer provides free maintenance.
4) (minor issue) I have never grown fond of the new corporate grille.
5) BMW makes some very nice cars.
Don't get me wrong, I am very happy with my BMW. But at the end of my lease, I would be very happy to be driving a twin turbo S4. To me, it is really about driving a car that I enjoy and not paying more than necessary to do it.
