Well, some of you are well aware (and tired) of hearing about me getting a new engine in my S4. Well, I've had it about a week, breaking it in slow. Took it out for the day and took some shots. Hope you enjoy these. Sorry for the size, still don't have my own to host. (One for fun at the bottom.)

It's nice to have her back.

Default ??? What happened to your old engine?

Yeah, and what the hell are you doing with a fire going in the fireplace in this weather?!?! Is you crazy?

BTW, I like the burning of the Canadia wood, for what it's worth.

Default This'll tell the story

The fire was from an outdoor thingy a few weeks back. Someone broke up a skid and threw it in for fuel. Caught that. Makes me laugh.

See the link for the stuff on the engine.

wrapup, work backwords from here

Default Saguaro Lake area? Familiar olde deserts of the area NW of Phoenix where I grew up.

The roads and overlooks have changed drastically since I left the area in the late 60's, but the general scenery still looks familiar....

Default Nice compositions there.

A nice soft edge grad would of made a difference on a few.

Nice car.... drive it like you stole it..

Default thanks

appreciate the kind words and advice. I'm new. Actually I prolly over sharpened them.

Hey, I was looking at your stuff on the other thread. Any tips to getting nice blurry motion like you did? Low speed, high speed? shutter speed?

TIA.
