No. I believe that the a4 exhaust is shorter than our stock. There were pics of an a4 guy doing an
s4 conversion. His stock exhaust with the s4 bumper was too short, ie the tips did not match up with the s4 bumper cutouts.
Knowing this, that rear valence may be designed (should be) for the a4 stock exhaust length.
You'll have two chrome steps to load up your roof rack if you put that on.

It won't work b/c the S4 has 1 piece bumpers, the A4 has 2 piece ones.....
He would need to purchase the upper portions of the A4 bumpers along with the parts he listed to get it to work.
