hi guys having some issues with my b6 s4 Iv bought the car last year November, the day I got it I tried to launch the car off the line but the clutch peddle got stuck to the floor and just smelt burning clutch until i pulled the paddle out with my leg, a few days after it happened again and now this Saturday it did the same, normal driving the car is perfect but when you try to launch it just burns it clutch a buddy of mine says it has a self-adjusting clutch and that is the reason but I don't understand how that will affect it.

If you have a stock clutch, you shouldn't be "launching".

This, though it sounds like you probably toasted the clutch you have.
If so, and you plan on ‘launching’ you better upgrade when you replace.
