Scratches on trunk hood

Scratches on trunk hood
I used an ice scraper to get through some ice on the trunk hood of an s4. Now there are minor white scratches. They aren't too deep but are visible. There are about 5 scratches about 8 inches long each. Is Menzerma the best product to use? Should I buy the kit or just the Menzerma polish and final polish? I saw Menzerma demonstrations online and it was used for pretty big scratches but mine are just minor surface scratches. Any suggestions?
