Clutch is about $300
Flywheel is about $1000
Labor if I did it later would be at least another $2000 whereas if I opt to do it now, the labor is essentially free.

He said the clutch is at about 50% and the flywheel has a little bit of "blue spotting" and it's totally up to me whether I should do it now. Car is at 40K.

I say just the clutch and throw out bearing, I am pretty sure they do not resurface our flywheels.

Default Replace the Chain Tensioner as well, that's an expensive repair!

From the pics it would be easy to do as well? At least start you back at 0.
