Default So what's the truth with B6 S4 engine/exhaust upgrades?
Is 10 HP about the max a chip will give the V8? Anyone done any exhaust upgrades and dyno the difference?

Default Yup.... Manifold Back Exhuast Gets you around 30HP/30Torque...
My first Dyno was done on a great dyno day and the 2nd was done on a very hot and humid day which could account for why i didnt get as much as I think I should have.

as for chips. STFA there is lots of comentary on that.

Default But that's nothing compared to the 40 HP unveiled with the AmD chip! ;-)
But yea, cat-back is 15HP/20torque at whees too, according to Strat.

Do we have consensus that with the hyperflow, those #s could be 20H/25T?

Default well, the numbers for the exhaust above are in wheels, but if your talking crank...
Strat's numbers should be somewhere around 15HP/10-15T.
