Default Tough choice '01 CPO'd M5 with 25K miles or new S4

I could probably get the M5 for low 50's not much more than a new S4.

Opinions?

That is a tough choice. I'd take the M5, no, on second thought the S4 but then again maybe the M5

S4 - M5 is a good car, but dated now.

If you live in the snow belt and need all-wheel drive, go with the S4. However, if you live in decent climate with VERY little snow-definetly go with the M5. It is NOT dated and looks so much nicer than the new 5-series IMHO. It is a monster and build quality is top-notch. I have owned my M5 for 4 years and it has been a pure joy to drive. As much as I love my S4, I would have never thought of owning one if I lived in the sunbelt-I would be driving my M5 24/7, 365! Good luck with your decision- You'll be happy with both!
