Update: No more misfires or CELs. More inside
Well, I said that I'd keep you posted on the CEL and misfires I had about two days ago, and after starting her up last night, there were no more issues. I'm not sure if it was the fuel, weather (condensation), fact that I was parked on an incline or the fuel pump, but she ran like a champ last night. The only thing I noticed (or paid attention to) is the amount of noise the valves make. They're rather loud (clip clip clip), is that normal, or does everyone else's engine quiet? Sounds okay to me, but you can never be too safe.

Make sure your spark plugs are tight.
I think i remember someone saying they had misfire issues with valves clicking. It ended up being a loose spark plug. But it could be something more though. Keep us posted.

There is always a slight ticking from the injectors. But the valves should not make noise.
At least nothing that can be heard whithout putting your head close to the valve cover.

A ticking of injectors is normal, like Orangeblood says. A clacking noise at valves would not be normal. Is it during a cold start and then quiets down? Or is it there when engine warm? You may have a sticky lifter, or oil visc problem(too thin or too thick).
