Whats do you all think is the best plan to go with for the long term warranty? 2005.5 S4 19,500miles
Audi is offering me one for 2400$ and its 7 years or 100,000miles. Not sure which company its with thou. Any info would really help me out.

first, I wouldn't get it until your factory warranty has almost expired.
second, ask the service writers at your dealership which one(s) they would recommend...they deal with extended warranties all day, and they'll know which ones are the best to work with.
that $2400 will probably go down, if you wait longer....just make sure you get the extended warranty shortly BEFORE the factory warranty expires.
