Default Low. Somewhere in the 400's or so.
Rear is about the same as the front, if not a little lower. Don't know the exact numbers but they have been posted before, so you could always se........

Last time I searched I thought they were around the 600 range? F&R

Jet Jockey was running the A4 ones. The S4 ones are approximately 100Nm or 571lbs
