Default when the morning or after engine cold,so hard into the first gear
usually i make it into the third gear then go back to the first,some ideas

Redline oil is suppose to be good for this - at least on BMWs it helped

Default Same problem with me. I always double cluthch going into first.
Although it still goes in hard when it's cold, it is better.

Default Yes - now Audi uses synthetic fluid too, but I have seen postings that Redline offers improvements
in low temp performance.
