guys, its a 2.5 litre 5 cylinder. basically a rice burner with little low end torque. i drove the s60 r, and it does not even come close to comparing to the s4.

Volvos, in my opinion, are garbage. S60R does not hold up to the S4 and I certainly prefer a strong normally aspirated car as opposed to a turbo or supercharged engine.

Perhaps a smelt burner given Volvo's roots. Also, let us not denigrate 5-cylinder cars. The 5-cylinder engine has a storied racing tradition in Audi mythology.
