Why is the B7 slower by .3 seconds, i read somewhere is did 0-60 in 5.6 seconds.

That's the time for the Tiptronic version.
I've noticed a couple of times where auto makers are quoting just one number for 0-60 and I assume they are using the slower of the two transmissions.

I think if you check, that time is 0-100 Kilometers per hour which is
0-62.5 mph which is 4 % more. Subtracting 4% gets you to 5.376. Since the car comes out in europe first, they are 0-100 kph times and you don't see 0-60 mph times until later.
