Hehehehe, sorry for getting all giddy like a little school girl but I just love the snow. Coming home from Westfarms mall to my house in Canton, CT lots of Audi's and Touaregs....a few Cayennes here and there. This cool guy in an STI came up to me and kept up pretty well, pulled along side me on 44 and we both gave each other thumbs up at the same time and cracked up. Blew by everybody no prob. Sooooo much fun in the snow...thank goodness for Quattro! =) *silly *** grin from ear to ear*

I wish we were seeing record warmth here in the northeast instead of bone chilling cold with excess white trash (b.k.a. snow).

Not sure how much, but enough. I took the Touareg to work, and when I left, I spent 20 minutes with ESP off, doing figure-8s in the back of the parking lot.

Then, at about 8:00, I took my S4 out of the garage, without snowblowing the driveway. There was enough snow that the S4 acted as a plow, took a couple inches off the top. Anyway, went out with some other Audi guys (another B6 S4, a few B5 S4's, and an A4 1.8 Avant), found a nice parking lot, and had some drifting fun.

It's amazing what this machine can do. Even on the streets, taking off from stoplights... leave the redneck 4x4 drivers in teh (snow) dust...

You can take the warm crappy weather (and the 110+ days ni the summer)... that's no fun. Winter is where it's at!!!

80 something or 90 something degrees (though 94 or hotter is too hot) with lots of sun and lots of time in the pool (at home or public) and at the beach, now that is a ton of fun. And that is what summer is all about (at least from a positive standpoint). Now winter, that is super boring, super ugly and cold. What a trashy time of the year.
