Anyone considering either the 2011 S4 and the 2011 Volvo S60 T6? Yes, I know the differences. Apples and oranges, and all that, but the difference in price is about $10,000 for fully equipped versions. The Audi likely handles better, but lacks the Volvo's comprehensive electronics. Your thoughts?

Depends on what you want. I am not sure what you mean by comprehensive electronics, and am admittedly unfamiliar with the S60, but in poking around I see the S60 has the following that the S4 lacks:

Whiplash system, detachable GPS, rear seat entertainment. Not sure what the heck Pedestrian Safety and City Safety is though.

Audi has superior AWD, offers a 6MT or a DSG (Volvo only has an slushbox), more HP by a good deal, and a much larger area under the torque curve as well as larger plateau at peak (Volvo is 2100 - 4200, S4 is 2900 - 5300).

The new S60 is definitely a step up from the previous model, but I just cannot put it in the same league as a 335 or S4. It is a nice car, but Volvo cannot match the overall feel that the Germans can build into their vehicles. On paper the specs look good, but the S60 will not keep pace with the S4. It is 4" shorter than the S4, and I'd be curious to know where the difference lies. The last S60 had brutal rear seat room.

all i can say is that we went through two XC90's (one was lemoned) before we swore we'd never own another Volvo again. Build quality was horrible compared to Audi, BMW, MB. Not even in the same ball park.

no, not considering volvo s60. I'd rather have a 2011 Legacy GT Spec B or STI than one of those.
