Hi. On a 2010 S4. If i disconnect, then reconnect the battery, anything special need to be done? Thx.

You should probably know the code for the radio, in case it locks up while the battery is disconnected. Not sure if it takes awhile before the locking occurs (e.g., hours or days), or is immediate when power is removed. Others on here can likely advise you. If you don't have the code (e.g., can't find it, never got it, etc) to reactivate the radio, the dealer can do it (but might charge you if it's out of warranty).

I seem to remember from previous Audis it takes about 2 hours for the radio code to reset. I've had several batteries replaced over the years and have never had to recode the radio.
