Bluetooth Audio issue
I recently got lazy and purchased this: http://www.audia2dp.com/index.html. It seems to work fine when my phone is not paired with my car, but as soon as I even *pair* the phone with the car, the audio on both goes to hell. I've tried multiple phones and always the same issue. I'm assuming it's a bandwidth issue or something like that. Has anyone else experienced this and/or have any idea how to resolve it? I'm at my wit's end.

I have something very similar and I can connect to both my car and the bluetooth adapter. Music sounds fine. My only complaint is the bluetooth adapter will drop my connection every now and then. It's been consistently good lately though.

So the receiver or other device is what is connected to MMI and the phone connects to the device? In other words, the phone doesn't connect directly to MMI? If that is the case, you'd lose phone usage unless phone calls in both directions pass through the device to/from MMI?

Phone connects as normal to the MMI. The phone also connects (for music) to a receiver in the glovebox which has an adapter to the MMI cable interface. If I have it paired with either device, they both work fine independently. But if I have it paired with both the receiver in the glovebox and the MMI for the phone audio, the music sounds static-y while playing and the phone audio is poor. Disconnect either one and it sounds just fine.

Ah, that makes sense now...the setup anyway, not the drop in quality when both are connected. Some kind of cross talk or something? Random guess with no idea how to find out. I generally use an iPod, SD card, or jukebox, but it would be nice to stream from the phone when desired, and I can see why others really want this to work so they can use Pandora or whatever. Sirius doesn't work well in the car in my area, so having another option for streaming music would be nice. Regular FM doesn't count--just say no to frequent, annoying commercials.
