Can the car fit 4 tires?
In the next few weeks I plan on getting my winter tires and I had a strange though: Does anyone know from experience if the S4/A4 can fit 4 tires in it? Seems like it should, but can't be sure.
Just thinking how I will get the old ones home.

i would think the S4 would be able to fit 4 tires. We have a 335i coupe and last winter i put 4 tires in the back of that with relative ease.
I'll be putting winters on the S4 next week (27th) so if anything i'll let you know after that!

I just got my snow tires on and was able to fit two in the trunk and two in the back with room for my kid in her car seat (she wanted to go to "the tire store").
I think if you put the seat down, would have even more room to fit the tires.

With the back seat down you can get all 4 in. May have needed to slide passenger seat forward some - do not remember.

Just curious, what tires are you going with?

I went with the Blizzak LM-60s. No snow yet, so can't say how they do on it, but so far on dry roads seem to be ok. Certainly not summer tires, but feel more like all seasons than snows. Ride feels just a tad softer as well.

I've loaded tires and tire/wheels into my car three times, so they will definitely fit if you fold the back seat down. You will probably need to move up the driver's seat when folding the back seat to allow enough clearance for the back headrests.
