Default Dropped off for 15K service - taking bets

Coolant level is below Min and stays there, so *some* coolant has gone somewhere at some point. I asked them to pretty please check that and see if there is *maybe* a leak (wink wink - I hope).

We'll see how this goes, I hope to hell they replace it like many have been pleasantly surprised by doing, taking bets on who thinks they will replace it.

Oh and I got a really SWEET 3 year old Kia Sportage loaner (not sweet at all).

It's New Year's eve. They can't wait to get out of there. No pump for you.

Drain more fluid out of the reservoir. That way they MIGHT actually acknowledge that there is a problem.

Sadly this might be true. I always schedule "elective" visits to the dealer for midweek. No Mondays, Fridays or Tuesdays after a long weekend. It's probably over-cautious, but hey it's not hurting anything.

Congrats!!!! Did they do it on their own or did you have to put up a fight?

Nicely done, must be a relief. A KIA? I've heard of VW loaners, BUT A KIA? WTF? Is that normal? My dealer guaranteed me an Audi loaner, and Speedway in Vic is a pretty small VAG dealer - only room for 2 Audis in the "showroom" (plus 3 P-cars and 4 VWs)
