How is Hess gas for Audis? It's not "Top Tier" as far as I know, but that doesn't mean there's anything wrong with it. Not that we can be so picky in New York with what's going on...

Hess is a national brand and is fine. Keep in mind, all brands of gas come from the same few refineries. Usually, the only differences are some additives (which are mostly marketing IMO). I stay away from no-name mom and pops only because they may not maintain their storage tanks to the same extent as the name brand stations. I actually almost always use Costco or BJs Wholesale gas for 5 years now on four different Audis and have had no issues whatsoever and I find no difference in gas mileage to the Shell's, Conoco's or Chevron's out there.

i ended up filling up with shell v-power the other day and i have never used this before.. i searched through this forum and even google searched for an answer and i found that at least so the wonderful world of the internet says it is good for, really any car..

so my question is, do people use this and is it really any good for our cars??!!

Isn't v-power their 93 octane fuel?

It's the only gas I've been getting over the last couple of years.

Shell was on some list I saw a while back of approved gas stations so I decided to just keep going there.
